On Saturday, August 25, 2007, New Hope Family and Friends -- Academy and Teams -- spent the day at the beach having a beach party and bonfire...and lots of fun!

Everybody brought their own drinks, chairs, towels, beach toys/games...and a potluck to share. We had two firepits and over 130 people roasting hotdogs and making s'mores together. The weather was perfect, the water was warm, the sunset gorgeous...and the company fantastic!

Thank you to everyone who participated by bringing all the yummy food, to the Petelo and Morgan families for helping to reserve our firepits early that day, and to the Banks family for bringing all the firewood. And a VERY SPECIAL thank you to Crina Cox for organizing the event!
