Welcome to the Martial Arts program at New Hope Gymnastics, Team Open Mat! We currently offer classes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, with additional arts to be added in the future. Whether your interest in martial arts is simply for the exercise and health benefits or you are serious about self-defense, our martial arts program at New Hope Gymnastics provides quality instruction that is "legit" (Gracie lineage). Lead Instructor Omar DeLucca (click for website) is active in the martial arts tournament scene, and his background and experience allows those who are serious about jiu-jitsu the ability to excel and compete in the sport.
Adult Classes (Ages 14 and up)
