Developing the Youth of Today for the Hope of Tomorrow
Covid 19 update
We hope that this letter finds you and your family safe and healthy. In light of these ever changing events and in response to the most recent government mandated closures and shutdowns, we will be taking additional steps to ensure the safety and health of all our students and staff. In an effort to join the world in prevention of the spread of Covid-19, we will temporarily be closing our doors.
Your safety is our top priority. We have been closely monitoring the rapid development of Covid-19 through information provided by the CDC, the federal government, the local school district and the city of Fountain Valley. We understand the uncertainty that this event has brought to you and your family, and we want to assure you we are doing everything in our power to keep your children and family safe. Under today's guidelines set forth by President Trump and the CDC, "small gatherings should be limited to no more than 10 people" for "15 days to slow the spread." To comply with these guidelines, New Hope Gymnastics will be suspending ALL classes for the next 15 days.
This event is unprecedented and ever changing. For this reason a set return date cannot be given with certainty, however, with compliance with local, federal, and CDC guidelines, we hope to lift this closure no later than March 31. We will be sending frequent updates via the New Hope Gymnastics email, website, Facebook, and Instagram (@newhopegymnastics).
In hope to ease some of your worries, these are the policies New Hope Gymnastics has put in place:
All missed classes in March (Session 3) will be given a 'no expiration make-up'
All auto-pay will be suspended until further notice.
New Hope Gymnastics wants to thank you for your continual support. We join the world and pray for those affected by this pandemic.

Boys Academy is a progressive developmental program designed for every ability level. Boys learn specific skills on each of the individual apparatus floor, pommel horse / mushroom, rings, vault, parallel bars, high bar, and trampoline.
Gymnastics is the perfect cross training activity for boys playing OTHER sports! Gymnastics training helps children build a wider range of motor and coordination skills, increases balance and flexibility, and assists in developing a good sense of body awareness in a way that just practicing within their sport cannot. Furthermore, young athletes who participate in more than one sport may also have a greater passion training for their ‘favorite’ sport; they are less likely to feel burnt out and will come to practice with greater enthusiasm and motivation. And, nothing beats gymnastics for strength building: gymnasts are known to have excellent strength-to-weight ratio are often found to be stronger than boys in other sports!
